Because many items are hand-made and made-to-order, we only allow returns for damaged or defective items. 


If a product is recieved damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will be happy to assist you in the best way we can.  We will need proof of the damage (by way of a photo of the problem). We do not refund the cost of shipping.
